He was predeceased by : his parents, William Frank and Lucille Stout (Stadtlander); and his former wife Connie Elaine Burtalo. He is survived by : his mother-in-law Linda Van Osdol; his children, Misty Grasso (Nick) of Burlington and Andrew Stout of West Burlington; his granddaughter Vendetta Grasso of Burlington; and his siblings, Kathy Murphy of West Burlington and Larry Stout (Vicki) of Burlington. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew; two great nieces; six great nephews and many cousins.
