Bonnie Lou Sullivan, 87, formerly of 802 SW Gray Street, Des Moines, died on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the Southern Hills Care Center in Osceola, Iowa. Per Bonnie’s wishes, cremation has occurred and no services will be held.
Miss Sullivan was born on April 21, 1928 in Burlington, Iowa and had lived in Des Moines since 1971. She had retired from the Des Moines School’s Transportation in 2013. Bonnie was a member of the Eastern Star Chapter 388 and the White Shrine of Jerusalem.
She is survived by two sons, Robert of Osceola and James of Eagle Grove; one daughter, Cyndie of Des Moines; and numerous grandchildren. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
Memorials in Bonnie’s name may be made to the Animal Rescue League.
