Arthur J. Binder, 73, 119 S. Marshall, died at 2:25 pm Friday, Aug. 2, at Memorial hospital.
He was born on Mar. 27, 1901, in Burlington to Joseph and Bertha Gantz Binder. He married Ellen B. Gisser on July 6, 1935, in Washington County.
A retired JI Case machinist, he was a member of the Machinist’s union.
Surviving: The wife; one brother, Walter Binder, Burlington; one sister, Mrs. Katherine Conn, Burlington; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Private services: 10:30 am Monday, Rev. AC Kowngeter, Prugh’s chapel; Aspen Grove Cemetery.
