Fred Albert Bowman. 59. of S, Sixth, died at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, July 20. the 59th anniversary of his -birth. at Burlington Medical Center.
He was born in Burlington to William and Vietta Fahrner, He married Sevilla Nelson on Dec. 20. 1953. at Washington. Mr. Bowman was a retired truck driver.
Surviving: A son. James Anthony Bowman, Omaha: two daughters. Pamela Sue Cole. St. Paul. Minn., and Vicki Lee Meadows. Des Moines; nine grandchildren; two brothers. Eugene Fahrner. Burlington. and William Fahrner. Rome, Ind.; four sisters. Mary Thrasher and Isabelle Knotts, both of Tucson, Ariz., Rosemary Jenkins. Davenport, and Corrine Stewart, Burlington.
