Willard "Willie" Scott Sr.. 78, of Route 4. West Burlington. died at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 1992, at the Keokuk Convalescence Center
Born Aug. 21, 1913, in Uketan. Mo., he was the son of Arthur and Stella Scott. He married Rosalie Reading Aug. 17, 1940, In Bowling Green, Mo,
He was a farmer. raising hogs, cattle, and garden produce. He was of the Protestant faith and a member of the N.A.ACP. He was a Navy veteran of World War
Survivors include his Wife; one son, Willard "Willie" Scott Jr. of Route 4, West Burlington; two grandsons; and several nieces and nephews, Friends may call after 9 a.m.
Sunday with the family receiving friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Lunning Chapel.
The funeral for Mr. Scott will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Lunning Chapel with the Rev. J.A. Twillie officiating. Burial will be in the Aspen Grove Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for the Alzheimer's Association.
