Elizabeth M. Robinson, 86, of Burlington, died at 4:15 AM Friday, May 5, 2017, at the Great River Medical Center.
Born March 10, 1931, in Chattanooga, TN, she was the daughter of Hosea and Maritta Goiter Stephens.
Elizabeth was a production operator at Champion Spark Plug for 30 years.
She was a graduate of Dayton's Hair Design.
She was a member of Union Baptist Church Full Gospel Fellowship. She enjoyed going to the Golden Corral, riding in a car, sitting on her patio, talking, and going to church. Most of all she enjoyed being with her grandchildren.
Survivors include two sons, Delbert Stephens of Burlington, & Richard (Denise) Oldham of Topeka, KS; Ray Robinson of Burlington; many grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Earl, one daughter Teri, and one great-grandson, C.J.
No formal visitation is planned. Friends may call from noon until 5:00 PM, Monday, May 8, 2017, at Prugh-Thielen Funeral Home.
The funeral service for Elizabeth Robinson will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at Union Baptist Church Full Gospel Fellowship with Reverend Lawrence L. Manson officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A time of food and fellowship will be held at the church following the burial.
A memorial has been established for Union Baptist Church Full Gospel Fellowship.
