Mrs. Dorothy I. Bell, 86 of 1901 S. Central, died at 5:30 pm Wednesday, May 7, in the Klein Unit of Burlington Medical Center.
She was born July 12, 1809, in Burlington to John and Lena Hellenthal Bertlshofer. She married Charles W. Bell May 7, 1918, in Burlington.
She was of the Catholic faith and was a clerk at Model Clothing for 26 years.
Surviving are her husband; one son Jimmie, Burlington; one daughter, Mrs. Suzanne Watson, Ft. Madison; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 pm Friday in Lunning Chapel. Services will be at 10 am Saturday in Lunning Chaple with the Rev. Albert Hauser officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
