Abraham Bell, 77, of 1615 S. 15th St, died at his home Sunday at 1:15 am.
He was born in Burlington, Apr. 14, 1883, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Bell, and married Louisa M. Frick in Burlington on Sept. 28, 1905. He worked for many years at the Chittenden & Eastman Company, retiring several years ago. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and the Eagles lodge.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Charles Bell of Ontario, Calif., and Harry J. Bell of Rock Island, Ill; 5 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. John Keil of Chicago, and Annessa Bell of Burlington. His parents, three sisters, and five brothers are dead.
Services will be in Prugh’s Chapel, Tuesday at 2 pm. The Rev. GA Saathoff will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
