Orland Beagle, 403 S. 6th, died Sunday, May 28, at the age of 47. he was a machine operator for J.I. Case company.
Beagle was the son of Mrs. Otis Beagle of 317 1/2/ S. 7th and the late Otis Beagle and was born at Creston on Oct 4, 1913. On June 10, 1938, he was married to Marcella Dreher in Burlington. He was a member of Bethany Lutheran church.
Besides his mother and his wife, Beagle is survived by a brother and a sister; A.L. Beagle of the Tri-Cities, and Mrs. Maurice Kenworthy of Aurora, IL.
Last rites will be held at the Giles funeral home at 2 p.m. Wednesday. The officiant will be the Rev. Earl Meissdner, pastor of Bethany church. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
