Patricia Lois Niemann, 88, of Burlington, died at 11:22 AM Friday, April 22, 2016, at the Burlington Care Center.
Born April 20, 1928, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Clarence Brenton and Anna Linda Daugherty Kirby. On October 2, 1947, she married Robert Niemann in Burlington, IA. He died on January 25, 1995.
Patricia was a homemaker.
Patricia loved spending time with her animals and bowling on the Burlington league.
Survivors include three nieces, Judy Jackson of Burlington, Anna Viviani of Peoria, IL, Deb Connelly of Burlington; several great-nieces and nephews; and several great-great-nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and two brothers.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Prugh's Chapel, 317 N 4th Street.
The Graveside Committal Service for Mrs. Niemann will be 1:00 PM Monday, April 25, 2016, at Aspen Grove Cemetery with Reverend Dean Graber officiating.
Memorials have been established for Great River Hospice and Des Moines Co. Humane Society.
