Delores Anna Moss Baker, 90, of Burlington, Iowa, died at GRMC Klein Center, on Tuesday evening, August 21, 2012. Born on December 20, 1921 in Eldora, Iowa, she was the daughter of George Otto and Lorena Caroline Klaffke Teske. She married Harry E. Moss on August 13, 1944 in Kahoka, Missouri. He died on April 28, 1969. She married Wilbur Baker on November 5, 1979 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He died on January 8, 2005. Delores was a homemaker. She was the oldest member of Concordia Lutheran Church and one of the longest attending members. She enjoyed quilting, dancing, walking her dogs in Crapo Park, baking, gardening, canning and bird watching. She is survived by three sons, Douglas L. (Carol) Moss of Sun City Center, Florida, Dennis C. (Susan) Moss of Burlington, Iowa, and James A. Moss of Burlington, Iowa; four grandchildren, Greg Moss, Brad Moss, Brian Moss and Angie Moss Hill; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, her parents, one sister, one brother and one grandchild. Funeral services for Delores Anna Moss Baker will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Concordia Lutheran Church, Burlington, Iowa. Pastor Steven Rasmussen will officiate. Interment will be at Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington, Iowa. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. in Prugh's Chapel. A memorial has been established for Concordia Lutheran Church.
