Christopher Michael Beal, infant son of Tracy M. Beal, 1429 Hillary St., died at birth Sunday, April 7, 1991, at Davenport.
Surviving are his mother; his grandmother, Shirley Henson, Burlington; and his great-grandmother, Virginia Miller, Burlington.
The graveside committal service for Christopher Beal was held Thursday morning in Babyland at Aspen Grove Cemetery. The Rev. David Mixon officiated.
A memorial has been established for the Neonatal Care Unit at Burlington Medical Center.
