Frank Fredrick Bauer, 68, of 1230 Stowe, died Sunday, March 20, in Burlington Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 13, 1914, in Davenport to George Carlie and Anna Katherine Madsen Bauer.
He retired in 1982 as a Murray/Trane security guard. He was unmarried.
Surviving; Two brothers, Raymond M. and William H., and sister Dorothy E. Smith, all of Burlington.
Funeral services will be held at Giles-Elliott Funeral Home at 1:30 pm Thursday, the Rev. B Lawrence Sweeney officiating. Interment will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends between 12:30 and 1:30 Thursday afternoon at the funeral home where a memorial has been established.
