Leo A. (Lee) Barton, 80, of Hotel Burlington, died at 12:45 pm Friday, July 23, in Burlington Medical Center.
He was born Feb. 12, 1896, in Burlington, the son of William C. and Millie Archibald Barton, Dec. 26, 1925, at Des Moines he married Waunita Walker.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church and had been an employee of CB&Q Railroad and an insurance representative.
Surviving; the wife; one sister, Mrs. Blanche Zane, Bonaparte; two grandchildren.
Funeral: 1:30 pm Monday, Lunning chapel, Dr. Robert Gildner; Aspen Grove Cemetery.
