Obituary
Lauren Elizabeth May, 9 months, of Burlington, died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2003, at University Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Born May 19, 2002, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Jeramie and Christy May. She was a member of the First Nazarene Church.
Survivors include her parents, one sister, Amber May of Burlington; one brother, Devin May of Burlington; maternal grandparents, Roger and Leslie Salsbury of South Beloit, Ill.; paternal grandparents, Arthur and Deborah May of Des Moines; paternal great-grandparents, James and Lucille Ferrari; and maternal great-grandparents, Sally Burris and Beryl Salsbury.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Lunning Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
The funeral for Lauren May will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Lunning Chapel, with the Revs. Terry Vance and Arthur May officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
A memorial has been established in Lauren’s memory to be used in children’s ministries.
