Susan Barnes, 15, of 405 Ballard, died at Burlington Medical Center Friday, Feb. 16.
Born June 16, 1963, at Burlington, she was the daughter of Michael and Delores Crowner Barnes.
Surviving: The parents; sister Sarah and brother Samuel, both at home; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Barnes, Mrs. Maude Barnes and Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Crowner, West Burlington.
Funeral: 1:30 pm Sunday, Lunning Chapel; Aspen Grove cemetery. A memorial to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation has been established.
