Mrs. Ethel Jane Watkins, 844 Washington street, died at 5:47 a.m. Thursday in St. Francis hospital following a brief illness. She was born Nov. 24, 1896 in Burlington, the daughter of George and Sarah Bramble Watkins. Mrs. Watkins was of the Methodist faith. Surviving are two brothers, Tracy Watkins and Carson Martin, both of Burlington. Her parents, three sisters and four brothers are dead. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Prugh's chapel. the Rev. Mr. J.S. Beverly officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
