Louise A. Marrah, 92, of the Danville Care Center, died at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 1996, at the care center. Born Aug. 22, 1903, in LaHarpe, Ill., she was the daughter of John and Ella Conrardy Peyron. She married John Joseph Marrah Oct. 3, 1926, in Monmouth, Ill. He died Oct. 27, 1966. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and a 50-year member of Eastern Stars. She had worked for IRC-TRW and the family grocery store until retiring in 1965.Survivors include one son, Norman E. Marrah of Kingman, Ariz.; one daughter, Mary L. Danielson of Cherokee Village, Ark.; and two grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters. There will be no family visitation. A graveside committal service for Mrs. Marrah will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Aspen Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Barrie Tritle officiating. The body has been cremated. A memorial has been established for Arthritis Foundation. Hass Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
