Obituary
Florence M. Ballard, 53, died at Burlington hospital Friday afternoon.
She lived at Hollister, Mo., and had been in the hospital for four days. She was born in Seymour, Sept. 28, 1908. She married Clifford Ballard, Dec. 21, 1929.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Patsy Leasure, 2512 Washington; Mrs. Shirley Berges, 206 S. Marshall; and Rosemary Ballard, at home; three sons, Clarence (Less) Ballard, Kingston; Charles, Sedalia, Mo.; and Roger, at home; 12 grandchildren; a stepmother; and several brothers and sisters.
Services will be Monday at 3:30 pm at Wallen-Nelson chapel. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery. The Rev. Richard G. Smith will officiate.
