Guy Leroy loraine, 87, 1417 Cleveland, was dead on arrival at Burlington Medical Center on Sunday, Jan. 1. He was born July 24, 1890, at Burlington, the son of Nels and Louisa Gustafson Loraine. He married Violet Harsch on June 29, 1920 at Burlington. He was a salesman for RIley Bros. Oil Co., a veteran of World War I, and a member of the First United Methodist Church. He was also a member of the United Commercial Travelers and the Travelers Protective Assn., the Veterans of World War i Barracks 1101, and a 50-year member of the Brotherhood Sunday school class. Surviving: The wife; son, William T., Adel. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Prugh's Chapel, Dr. Robert Gilder; Aspen Grove cemetery.
