Louise Agnes Lawler, 102, of Burlington died at 6:50 a.m. Thursday, January 26, 2006, at Burlington Care Center. Born May 3, 1903 in Hopkins, Missouri, she was the daughter of Andrew T. and Mary E. Butler Grimes. On December 17, 1923 she married Irvin Lawler in Hopkins, Missouri. He died May 19, 1962. Mrs. Lawler was of the Protestant faith. She was a production worker at Iowa Army Ammunition Plant for 30 years. Survivors include one daughter, Peggy Lou Nichols of West Burlington; 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. Her husband, two sons, one daughter, parents, three brothers and four sisters preceded her in death. A memorial has been established for Burlington Care Center.
