Mrs. Bertha M. Sterzing, 82, of 913 Curran, died at 7:15 p.m. Monday, July 12, in St. Francis Continuation Care Center. She was born April 15, 1893, in Ft. Madison, the daughter of George A. and Anna M. Gabeline Kindig. She married Carl Sterzing Sept. 26, 1959 in Burlington. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran church, where a memorial has been established. Surviving: The husband; one ons, Raymond C. Miller, Mesa Ariz; one granddaughter, and one sister, Margaret M. Groth, Burlington. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Prugh's Chapel, Rev. Harold Bostrom; Aspen Grove cemetery.
