Mr. Albert Paul Krasuski, 89, of West Burlington died at 7:43 a.m. Thursday, December 10, 2015, at Great River Medical Center.
Born April 7, 1926 in Burlington, he was the son of Carl Albert and Pauline Francis (Swozel) Krasuski. On February 15, 1958 he married Ellen Marcia Acker in Rushville, Illinois. She preceded him in death on January 6, 2013.
Mr. Krasuski was a lifelong resident of the Burlington area. He was a Burlington High School graduate and an Army veteran of the Korean War serving at the rank of Corporal.
Mr. Krasuski worked for Sheaffer Pen, I.A.A.P., and Precision Engineering. He was an inspector, layout man and assistant foreman at Murray Turbomachinery Corp. for altogether 22 years, retiring in 1991.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one sister and three brothers, one in infancy.
The graveside funeral service and interment for Mr. Krasuski will be 10 a.m. Monday, December 14th, in Aspen Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Dean Graber officiating. Military Rites will be conducted at a later date.
