Velma L. Bachman, 89, of 520 Dunham, died Saturday, March 15, 1986, at Burlington Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 9, 1896, at Moulton, to Mr. and Mrs. Crume. She married Ellis Bachman on July 27, 1921, at Burlington, he preceded her in death.
Mrs. Bachman was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women and the Martha Cowles Circle of Kings Daughters.
She is survived by a nephew, Leonard E. Ross, Madison, Wis.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 pm Wednesday at Grace United Methodist Church with the Rev. David Streyffeler officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for her church.
