Harold Augustine, 77, a former Burlington resident, died at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, November 23, at the Ft. Madison care center. He was born April 14, 1900, the son of Albert and Susanna Mitch Augustine. He was a former employe of JI Case and the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant. Surviving: Two daughters, Jean Rheinberger, Centerville, and Janet Lavender, San Leandro, Calif; tow sisters, Mrs. Ossie Masters, Los Angeles, Calif., and Claire Augustine, Burlington; brother, Everett, Burlington. Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday, Rev. Floyd Cripps, Aspen Grove Cemetery, The body is at Lunning chapel.
