Clair A. Augustine, 80, of 812 S. Third, died Saturday, Feb. 13, at Burlington Medical Center. He was born Jan. 1, 1902. at Washington, to Mr and Mrs. Albert Augustine. He married Erma A. Mohrling, Oct. 7, 1939, at Palmyra, Mo. Mr. Augustine was retired after working as change house supervisor for the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant, Middletown. He was a Methodist. Surviving: his wife; one son, Tunney Jack Augustine, Burlington; one daughter, Constance Gralund, Cedar Rapids; one step-son, Harold A. Jacobs, New London; one brother Everett Augustine, Burlington.Arrangements are pending with Prugh Funeral Home.
