Mrs. Delores "Dee" Jean Ruble, 61, of Middletown, died at 2:40 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2012, at her home.
Born July 12, 1951 in Burlington, she was the daughter of Donald G. Sr. and Ruby Alberta Saldeen Bowman. On October 11, 1970 she married Gary A. Ruble in Commerce, Colorado.
Mrs. Ruble attended Burlington schools. She worked as a certified nurse's assistant at Advanced Home Health Care. She also worked at Wal-mart Distribution Center.
Mrs. Ruble was of the protestant faith and enjoyed bingo, going to the casino, shopping and lottery tickets.
Survivors include her husband, Gary A. Ruble of Middletown; children, Tammy (Donald) Hunt Sr. of Middletown, Patrick (Christina) Ruble of Burlington, Sara (Zach) Brown of New London and Laurie Ruble of Burlington; 12 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Kathryn Stoermer and Tina Downing both of Burlington; and two brothers, Donald G. Bowman Jr. and Charles Bowman both of Burlington.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her twin sister, Doris Bernhart.
Friends may call from 2 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 1st, at Lunning Chapel where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m.
The funeral service for Mrs. Ruble will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 2nd, at Lunning Chapel with Pastor Sam Fratt officiating. Interment will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
