87, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on April 24, 2017. Phyllis was born in Burlington, IA. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Holihan, brother Richard (Mary) O'Daniels, and many nieces and nephews across the U.S. Phyllis was the youngest of 3 children born and raised in Burlington, IA until 1972 when Phyllis and her husband Ben moved to Scottsdale, AZ. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 3PM at Ascension Lutheran Church, 7100 N. Mockingbird Lane, Paradise Valley. Those attending the service are asked to wear their favorite color in celebration of Phyllis' life. Contributions may be made to Ascension Lutheran Church.
