James "Jim" Lee Rush, 64, Burlington, died at 12:45 p.m. Monday, October 27, 1998, at Burlington Medical Center. Born August 26, 1934, in Hanibal, MO, he was the son of Clarence and Pearl Pulse Rush. On Aril 5, 1953, he married Donna Suzanne Guy in Hanibal, MO. Mr. Rush worked in the electronics department of Wal-Mart in Burlington. He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church of Burlington. He loved fishing, hunting, and was a very devoted family caregiver. Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Belinda Diane Rush of Burlington; two sons, James Allen Rush and Paul Markham Rush, both of Burlington; and one sister, Racine Bleser of California. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Visitation will be after noon today at Lunning Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. The funeral for Mr. Rush will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Lunning Chapel, with the Rev. Brad Cranston officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetry, Burlington. A memorial has been established to Heritage Baptist Church.
