Mark D. Hill, 10, of Burlington, died at 8:57 PM on Saturday, February 12, 1994, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Born March 30, 1983, in Galesburg, Illinois, he was the son of Dan L. and Sheri M. Hill.
He was a fifth grade honor student at West Burlington Middle School. He was a member of the Burlington Little League Association and loved the Dallas Cowboys.
Survivors include his parents; two brothers, Tim and Bradley Hill of Burlington; two sisters, Jamie and Valeri Hill of Burlington; his grandmother, Mary Malone of Autumn Heights in Burlington; and his great grandmother, Ella Brockway of St. Francis Care Center in Burlington.
The funeral service for Mark Hill will be at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 15, 1994, with the Rev. David Mixon officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A memorial has been established to the Burlington Little League Association.
