Evelyn Armstrong, 69, of Huachuca , Ariz., formerly of Burlington, died Friday, Aug 7, 1987, at the Sierra Vista, Ariz., Community Hospital. Born Oct. 30, 1917, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Clifton and Magdalena Boeker Bonar. She married Reubin Armstrong April 1, 1961. Surviving are her husband; one brother, James Bonar, Burlington; and several nieces and nephews. The service for Mrs. Armstrong was held Monday in Arizona. The body has been cremated. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington, at a later date. Lunning Chapel is in charge of local arrangements. A memorial has been established for the Heart and Lung Association.
