Edith Barbara Angier, 84, of the Granger Manor Nursing Home, Granger, Iowa, died Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the nursing home. Born June 18, 1902, in Cissna PArk, Ill., she was the daughter of John and Barbara Augsburger Landes, She married Roland S. Angier June 9, 1925, in Hancock, Ill. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Surviving are three sons, Lyle Angier, Des Moines, Donald Angier, Tucson, Ariz., and Keith Angier, Seattle, Wash.; one brother, Jess Landes, Anaconda, Mont.; two sisters, Miss Estella Landes and Miss Lulu Landes, both of Burlington; and seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Prugh's Chapel.
Services for Mrs. Angier will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Prugh's Chapel with the Rev. Robert Dodder officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
