Michael D. Andrew, 56, of West Des Moines, died at 10:15 p.m. Monday, Sept.22, 2003, at his home. Born Oct. 25, 1946, in Burlington, he was the son of Don and Evelyn M. Noble Andrew. He married Susan A. Piffer.
Mr. Andrew was a medical supply salesman for hospital and nursing homes.
Survivors include his mother, Evelyn Andrews of Burlington; two sons, Ryan Andrew of Des Moines and Greg Andrew of Indianola; one daughter, Amy Roscigno of Canoga, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father and stepfather, John Andrews. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Prugh's Chapel.
The funeral for Mr. Andrew will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Prugh's Chapel, with the Rev. Trevor Davis officiating. Burial with military rites conducted by Veterans of Foreign Wars posts 10102 and 9162, American Legion Post 52, and the Hamilton-Walters Marine Corps League will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A memorial has been established.
