Mrs. Edith Anderson, 54, 301 Swan, West Burlington, died Friday at 8:55 a.m. at Burlington hospital following a brief illness. She was born July 11, 1910, Edith Lucille Wallace at Fontanelle, Ia. June 9, 1935 she married Kenneth W. Anderson at Greenfield, Ia. She was a member of the West Burlington Methodist church, Knights of Pythias Sisters, past superintendent of the children's department of the church and past president of the PRA.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Donald Shriver of Olathe, Kan., and Mrs. Gary Swedenburg of Burlington; four grandchildren and her mother of Creston. The body is at the Elliott-Lunning chapel.
