Cleve O. Grimes, 70, 1025 Hunt Rd., died Saturday, Nov. 13 at Burlington Medical Center. He was born April 22, 1912, at Allerton, to Robert and Vesta Chapman Grimes. He married Faye Earley Nov. 30, 1932, at Unionville, Mo. Mr. Grimes was a mechanic. Surviving; his wife; five sons, Robert, Double Springs, Ala., Donald, West Burlington, Michael, Sun Valley. Nev., David and Steven, both of Phoenix, Ariz,; four daughters, Ruth Eckrich, Linda Kempf and Mrs. Bert Weber, all of Phoenix, and Bonnie Worley, Burlington; two brothers, Max and Keith, both of Corydon; 19 grand-children; and 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Lunning Chapel, the Rev. Larry Winkler. Interment pending. A memorial has been established for Hope Haven.
