Otto Philip Tiemann, former Burlington resident and long-time owner-operator of Tiemann hybrid Seed Corn Co. of Bloomington, Ill., died at Bloomington Saturday, Sept. 7.Mr. Tiemann, a native of Elizabeth, N.J. married Helen Roe. Surviving: The wife; son Dr. Philip Tiemann, Chicago; brother and several sisters. Funeral: Menzler funeral home, Bloomington, 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Canon E. William Strauser will conduct a committal service, Aspen Grove cemetery, 3 p.m. Thursday.
