Mrs. Carrie Belle Anderson, 72, 1724 Edwards, died at 7:15 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 8, in Memorial hospital. She was born Mar 14, 1896 at Luray, Mo, the daughter of Sanford and Esther Stevens. June 26, 1918, at La Harpe, Il. she married Oscar Anderson. He died Aug 26, 1962.
She was of the Protestant faith. Surviving: One son, Carl, Burlingotn; two daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Lloyd, Burlington, Mrs.Edith Copeland, Mediapolis; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services: 2 p.m. Saturday, Prugh's Chapel, Dr. G. Dempster Yinger; Aspen Grove cemetery.
