Malachi Fox, 8 month old infant boy of Burlington, Iowa, died at the Henry County Hospital, Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, on Tuesday afternoon, November 12, 2013. Died from drowning.
Born on March 11, 2013 in West Burlington, Iowa, he was the son of Heather Fox and Mario Perez.
He is survived by his mother, Heather Fox of Mt. Pleasant, IA; one sister, Mayliana Fox at home; his father, Mario Perez; maternal grandmother, Susan (Anthony Fear) Fox of Burlington, IA; paternal grandmother, Maria Elena Pluma Marcelo Perez; paternal grandfather, David Harn of Roseville, IL; maternal great-grandparents, Linda and Harry Fox of Oquawka, IL; maternal great-great-grandmother, Juanita DeJaynes of Oquawka, IL; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services for Malachi Fox will be held on Monday, November 18, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at Prugh’s Chapel, Burlington, Iowa. Pastor Mark Baker will officiate. Interment will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington, Iowa.
