Stanley Wayne Forquer, 35, of 1128 S 13th St., died at 7:15 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, 1992, at University of Iowa Hospital, Iowa city. Born Jan. 10, 1957, in Fort Madison, he was the son of Kenny and Shirley Holdren Forquer. He was employed by Borox Co., Burlington, and was of the Christian faith. Survivors include two sons, Kenny Forquer, and Jamie Forquer, both of New Mexico; a daughter, Tabitha Forquer of New Mexico, his father, of Portland, Ore.; his grandmother, Mrs. Velma Forquer of Burlington; and two nephews and a niece. Friends may call after 8 a.m. Tuesday, with family receiving friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday evening at Lunning chapel. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Aspen Grove Cemetery, with the Rev. Gerald Dunham officiating. A memorial has been established.
