Russell l. Forquer, 39, of 210 S. Woodlawn Ave. Burlington, died at 8:25 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, 1996, at University Hospitals in Iowa City. He had been involved in a pedestrian truck accident Nov. 7, in Burlington. Born Jan. 7, 1957, in Kirksville, Mo., he was the son of Dale and Lorena Hulling Forquer. Mr. Forquer was a general laborer. He was of the Christian faith. Survivors include one sister, Rudy Forquer of Wyaconda, Mo three brothers, Duane D. Forquer of Burlington, Roger Forquer of Augusta, Ill, and Dwight Forquer of Lount Sterling, Ill; three stepsisters, Mary Day, Elizabeth Pertle and Tressa Akins, all of Augusta, Ill.; his stepfather, Cleo Akins of Augusta, Ill.; his grandmother, Velma Forquer of Burlington; and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Prugh's Chapel. The funeral for Mr. Forquer will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Prugh's Chapel, with the Rev. Shirley Bliven officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
