Enno E. Fimmen, 72, 1733 Pine, died at 1:03 a.m. Saturday in Klein Memorial hospital. He had been in failing health for the past year. He was born June, 29, 1895, in Des Moines county, the son of Henry C. and Lily Westing Fimmen, Oct. 27, 1917, in West Burlington, he married Hattie D. Johnson. From 1921 to 1929 he operated a drug store in West Burlington. He worked as a salesman for Burlington Fruit Co., before taking employment at Mason Hanger Co. Mr. Fimmen worked 17 years for Mason Hanger Co., retiring five years ago. He was a member of Messiah Lutheran church. Surviving: The wife; one son, Donald l. Fimmen, IAAP Area; one brother, W.R. Fimmen, Bloomfield; one sister, Mrs. Henrietta Beere, Santa Rosa, Calif.; several nieces and nephews. A memorial fund has been established at Messiah Lutheran church.servcies: 2 p.m. Monday, Prugh's Chapel, Rev. Luther Livingston; Aspen Grove cemetery.
