Bertha H. Alspach, 99, of the St. Francis Continuation Care Center, died 10:50 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2, 1988. Born MArch 14, 1889 in Burlington, she was the daughter of Albert and Mary Geng Scheu. She married William Graham in 1908 in Burlington. He preceded her in death. She married Ralph Alspach, April 25, 1959, in Hannibal, MO. He died May 18, 1967.
She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are nephews and nieces. The rosary will be recited 7 p.m. Monday in Prugh's Fuenral Chapel. The family will receive friends until 8:30 p.m.
The service for MRs. Alspach will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. John's Catholic Church with the Rev. Albert Hauser officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for St. Francis Continuation Care Center.
