Marvin Eppers, 86, Madison Road, died Saturday, Feb. 14, in Ocean View Nursing Home, New Smyrna, Fla.He was born Sept.21, 1894 in Lee county to Henry and Elza Conler Eppers. For many years, Mr. Eppers owned the Buick Chevrolet dealership in Mt. Pleasant. He built the former Lin Mar Motel west of West Burlington. He was a member of the United Methodist Church. Surviving: The wife; a sister, Hazel Soverson, Cedar Rapids. The body is at Lunning Chapel.
