Ralph E. Alspach, 624 N. Seventh St died at 9 p.m. Thursday in Mercy hospital. A native of Danville, Mr. Alspach was 72. He was born Nov 13, 1894, the son of Erastus and Mattie England Alspach. He was employed by the Leopold Co. for 45 years prior to retirement in 1959. Mr. Alspach married Bertha S. Graham in Burlington on Aptil 25, 1959.
Mr. Alspach was a veteran of WWI. He was a member of First Baptist church and of the American Legion and the Elks lodge.
The wife survives.
Services: Giles Chapel Sunday at two, the Rev. Howard Johnson, Aspen Grove cemetery.
