George Henry Ebert, 85-year-old life resident of Burlington, died in Burlington hospital at 4:20 p.m.Monday. His home was at 1225 N. Seventh St. Mr. Ebert was president of Ebert Supply Co. He was born May 10, 1882, son of John H. and Elizabeth Beck Ebert. He married Lillian Ohl at Peru, Ill., on Oct. 31, 1912. Mr. Ebert was a member of Bethany Lutheran church. Surviving: The wife; sons Henry E. and William F. Ebert, both Burlington; sister Elsie Ebert, Burlington; two grandchildren. Services: Thursday, 2 p.m. Prugh Chapel, the Rev. Earl Meissner, Aspen Grove cemetery.
