Ronald Dean Allen, 49, of 306 Swan St., West Burlington, died at 3:35 p.m. Saturday, June 24, 1995, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City.
Born March 7, 1946, in Burlington, he was the son of Dale and Hazel Cohoon Allen.
Mr Allen worked at Case Corp from 1972 to 1988. He later worked as a carpenter. He was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include two sons, Jeffrey Dean Allen of Kingston and Justin Warren Allen of Burlington; one daughter, Tara Elizabeth Allen of Burlington; two granddaughters; his father, Dale Franklin Allen of Burlington; one brother, Terry Allen of Glenwood Hospital; cousins.
He was preceeded in death by his mother
Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m.today at Prugh's. The funeral for Mr. Allen will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at PRugh's Chapel, with the Rev. Guy Kneebone officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for Mr. Ronald Dean Allen.
