Carl Edward Dunegan, 65. of 701 E. Pennington, West Burlington, died in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Iowa City Tuesday, Nov. 5.
He was born July 11. 1920, at Rome. to Amos and Ida Scarff Dunegan. He served in the army in World War II. He retired after 27 years with the Postal Service.
Mr. Dunegan was unmarried. He was a member of the DAV and Postal Workers Union.
