Margaret Marie Albright, 95, of Burlington, died at 7:31 p.m. Monday, June 14, 1999, at Burlington Medical Center Klein Unit. Born April 30, 1904, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Fredrick William and Henrietta Elizabeth Strauss Steinbrecher. On January 20, 1937, she married Charles Franklin Albright in Keokuk. He died October 4, 1986. Mrs. Albright was a homemaker and member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Burlington. She loved flowers and yard work. Survivors include two daughters, Lois C. Carty of Gardnerville, Nev., and Donna J. Edgington of Burlington; two sons, Bill D. Albright and Denny D. Albright, both of Burlington; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Helen A. Neff of Burlington; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. Friends may call from 8 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. Thursday in Lunning Chapel. There will be no family visitation. The graveside funeral for Mrs. Albright will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A memorial has been established for Bethany Lutheran Church.
