Miss Elsie Caroline Adolphson, 80, of Klein hospital, died Saturday, May 17 at 1 p.m. in Burlington Medical Center.
She was born June 30, 1899, in Burlington, to Axel Frederick and Mary Johnson Adolphson. She worked at Gardner and Gould Candy Co. and Burlington Instruments and was a member of the Messiah Lutheran church and the Ladies Aid Society.
Surviving: A sister, Mrs. Florence Huffman, Burlington, a niece.
Funeral: Tuesday, May 20, 1 p.m. Messiah Lutheran church, the Rev. Donald hoornstra: Aspen Grove cemetery. A memorial has been established to Messiah Lutheran church.
