John Aden Sr., 78, of 1619 Elm Court, died at 10:30 p.m. Saturday Nov 26, at Burlington Medical Center.
Born Jan. 13, 1899, in Straholt, Germany, he ,arroed Somo DeBuhr March 19, 1927, in Burlington. He was a retired farmer and greenskeeper at University of Iowa golf course.
Surviving: The wife; two sons, John Jr., and Larry, both of Burlington; daughter, Mrs. Jack (Delores) Fleming, Donahue; twin brother, Ben, in Kentucky; and five grandchildren.
Funeral 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Prugh's Chapel, Rev. Ernest Ellmers; Aspen Grove cemetery.
